Some people told me it costed 300€ back in the days, but I've got a hard time trusting that since its price on Google is between 70 and 120€. And also, is Festina a popular brand? Is it a quality brand? Something expensive?
Reliability depends on the movement, NH35 should last for years and Miyota 2115 for decades. - As reliable as they come IMO, at least for the price. There isn't much that could go wrong after the purchase, if anything the movement might fail but that's not the brand's fault, and if it does you buy a new one for $30 and you are good to go
