Southwest Airlines used the same safety card for Boeing 737-800 and 737 MAX aircraft, and so the card had both aircraft names on it. That was confusing to passengers, so Southwest came up with new safety cards. American Airlines has gone in the reverse direction. Their safety cards now say Boeing 737 whether it is a MAX or not.

Sep 17, 2018, 9:56 am. the opportunity to fly a 737-800 on Air Canada this morning. You were on a 737 MAX 8, not a 737-800. This is the newest generation of the BSI Space Bin. The prior generation, known as the Pivot Bin, had the bags laying flat; the new generation has them up on their side.
Cledaybuck. The WestJet aircraft pages list the seat pitch for Preferred seats. According to those pages, it's 35 inches on the 737-800, 737 MAX-8 and 787, and 33 inches on the 737-700. As a cabin crew member @ WS I can confirm this to be correct.
