I'm pretty sure you can download regular cars for Euro truck sim. Just Google Euro truck simulator car mod. Forza Horizon 2 is like it in terms of open world. IMO a great game for Xbox one and a must have for car enthusiasts like me. Really really arcade-y though. Don't play it if you're looking for a sim.Euro Truck Simulator 2.
